GDPR – Personal Data Protection

Since 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data has been in force. This regulation is commonly referred to as the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

In this regard, we would like to inform you about the principles governing the processing of your personal data by Eurosystem Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. and about the rights you are entitled to in connection with this process. Our aim is to ensure that you have full transparency and complete confidence when cooperating with Eurosystem Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp.k.

At the same time, we would like to assure you that we respect and protect your privacy. We do not extend our rights in relation to your data in any way. Your personal data is secure with us, and you may withdraw your consent to its collection and processing at any time in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Information Clause below.

GPSR – General Product Safety Regulation

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GPSR – General Product Safety Regulation), all products offered under the Eurovent® brand comply with the applicable requirements for general product safety.

Eurovent® products are designed and manufactured with safe use in construction in mind, particularly in the areas of roofing systems, ventilated façades, and building insulation, while complying with relevant European and national standards.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the principles of commercial cooperation, the terms for concluding contracts, order processing, and the provision of services by Eurosystem Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. – the owner of the Eurovent® brand.

The GTC apply to all sales transactions of products and services offered by the Seller and carried out for business customers, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
